Overview

The Tracking Page allows users to monitor shipment progress, identify exceptions, and search or filter packages. It provides both high-level tracking insights and detailed shipment-level visibility.

Key Features & Functions

• Tracking Status Bar (Top Section):
  • Displays count for each major shipping milestone:
  • Label Created
  • Scanned at APC
  • Processed APC
  • In Transit
  • Customs
  • Out for Delivery
  • Delivered
  • Each status is clickable and updates the table view with matching parcels.
• Exception Status Widgets:
  • Shows real-time counts of parcels with delivery exceptions. Exception types include:
  • Delayed
  • Delivery Attempted
  • Contact Attempted
  • Available for Pickup
  • On Hold
  • Address Issue
  • Failed Customs
  • Refused by Recipient
  • Delivery Unsuccessful
  • Clicking a widget filters the results table to show only parcels in that exception category.

Table-Row Level Actions

Each tracking number row includes a "…" menu with access to deeper shipment views:

• Parcel Details View: Displays detailed shipment information, including:
  • General Package Information
  • Package Parameters
  • Seller Details
  • Recipient Details
  • Tracking Events
• Web Tracking View: Opens the customer-facing tracking page in a new tab, showing:
  • Tracking Number(s)
  • Last-Mile Carrier Details
  • Destination Country & Postal Code (If applicable)
  • APC Service
  • Tracking Events
  • Estimated Delivery Window

Data Scope & Table Export

• All displayed data (status bar, exception widgets, table) is filtered by the selected date range.
• The Export button downloads results that match active filters.
  • If no parcels match, the button will not be clickable.
• Exported files include all tracking table fields — including the Event Detail (carrier-level metadata) column — plus additional shipment-level data not displayed in the UI:
  • Reference Number
  • Order Value
  • Package Weight After Verification
  • Company Name
  • Recipient Name
  • Destination Address (Lines 1-3, City, Postal Code, Country)
  • Recipient Phone Number
  • Recipient Email Address
  • APC Warehouse
