How to Access parcelSync

Users can gain access to parcelSync through an APC-Led Invitation. APC will send an invitation to the client's Super Admin to register for a parcelSync account. The first user to register automatically becomes the Client Super Admin, who can then invite additional users and assign roles.

Understanding User Roles

The primary user role is the Client Super Admin. This is the first user from the client's organization who registers via the APC email invitation. This individual is responsible for managing organizational access, inviting new users, and assigning roles and permissions. Most users will interact with their Client Super Admin for questions about accessing parcelSync.

Step-by-Step: First-Time Login

If you have received an APC invitation, follow these steps to complete your registration:

• The invitation email will be from “[email protected]”.
• Click the registration link within the email.
• Enter your first and last name.
• Create a secure password.
• Create your username.
• Accept the parcelSync Terms & Conditions.
• Once these steps are complete, your registration is finalized, and you will become the Client Super Admin for your organization.

After logging in, all users will be directed to the parcelSync Home Page.
