Dashboard Page
Overview
The Dashboard section provides summarized insights into delivery performance metrics with filtering and reporting capabilities. It is divided into two main views:
- Delivery Summary Report
- Delivered Package Report
Note: Filters (i.e., country, order value, etc.) are shared across both views. Once applied, filters remain active when switching between views to ensure consistent data visibility.
Delivery Summary Report
Overview
This view aggregates delivery data across countries to help users quickly assess performance metrics such as transit times, costs, and package volume.
Key Features & Functions
- Filters: Quick filters for Delivery Date, Service, Order Value, Package Weight, and Country(ies).
- Country Metric Cards: Summarizes delivery performance for top destinations based on applied filters. Each card displays Percentage of Total Package Volume, Number of Packages Delivered, Average Transit Time, Average Weight (lb), Average Package Value (USD), and Average Delivery Rate (USD).
- Bar Charts: The following charts auto-update based on selected filters: Package Volume by Country, Average Transit Time by Country, Average Package Weight by Country, Average Order Value by Country, and Average Delivery Rate by Country.
- Delivery Summary Table: Breaks down delivery metrics by country and service type, including Country, Service, Quantity, Avg. Transit Time (days), Avg. Weight (lb), Avg. Order Value (USD), and Avg. Delivery Rate (USD).
How It Works
- Apply desired filters (i.e., date range, order value, etc.).
- Metric cards and bar charts auto-update to reflect filtered data.
- The summary table displays granular values for each country/service combination.
- Use the Export button to download delivery data for external analysis.
Delivered Package Report
Overview
Offers a granular, package-level breakdown of delivery data, ideal for investigating specific shipments or conducting analyses.
Key Features & Functions
- Shared Filters: Uses the same filters as the Delivery Summary Report.
- Delivered Package Table: Each row displays detailed shipment information, including Tracking Number, Order Number, Account, Label Created, Arrived at APC, Date Exported, Date Delivered, Transit Days, and Destination Country.
How It Works
- Set filters at the top of the page (same as the Delivery Summary Report).
- Review filtered results in the table.
- Sort within the table for specific packages.
- Use the Export CSV button to download the full detailed dataset.
Exportable Data Fields
- Delivery Summary Report: All UI fields are included in the export (Country, Service, Quantity, Avg. Transit Time, etc.).
- Delivered Package Report: All UI fields plus additional shipment-level data, including Reference Number, Recipient Name, Destination Address, Service Name, Order Value, Delivery Rate, and verified package dimensions.
