Overview

The login page is the entry point to parcelSync, providing secure access for all users. Every user must login with valid credentials before accessing the platform.

Key Features & Functions

• Credential-Based Access: User email and password are required.
• Password Recovery: The “Forgot your password” link triggers a reset process via the registered email.
• Responsive Design: Designed for both desktop and mobile devices.

Login Flow

1. Navigate to the parcelSync login page.
2. Enter your username and password.
3. On success, you are redirected to the Home Page.
4. If login fails:
   • A red error box shows up in the bottom right corner with the message: “The user name or password is incorrect”.
   • Below the login fields, this message appears: “No account found with the provided email and password”.

Access Requirements

Users must have an active parcelSync account created via one of the following:

1. APC-Led Invitation (email invitation from APC).
2. Organization Super Admin Invitation (issued by your organization's Client Super Admin).
