Export Parameters

• Record Limits:
  • Exports under 30,000 records are generated instantly and downloaded directly through the UI.
  • Exports between 30,001-50,000 records are processed in the background and automatically emailed to the user's account email.
  • Exports above 50,000 records cannot be completed and the following message will be returned to the user, “Unable to download more than 50K records - please contact your CSR”.
• File Format: Exports are delivered as Excel (.xlsx) files.
• Filters: All active filters (i.e., date range, account, status, etc.) apply to the exported data.
• Field Coverage:Each table export includes all visible columns from the UI, plus additional data fields specific to that table. These additional fields are noted in the relevant table's section of the knowledge base.
